The small suite is located on the ground floor and the accessi s from the common house patio. This room does not have a private veranda, but in front of it there are sofas and chairs to sit outside. The room (36 square meters) has separate living room and bedroom. The sofa in the living room can be a comfortable French Double bed (size cm. 140 x 190). The bathroom in this room does not have window. It is the coolest room of the whole building during Summer time.
