Ginjol (we prronounce it Gingiul) is in Alghero language of catalan origin, the fruit of the dwarf palm which grows spontaneously in the territory around the vineyard.
Ginjol well matches tasty dishes in general and in particular with red meat, game and medium-mature cheese. We recommend opening the bottle one hour before pouring in order to enjoy at best the full bouquet.

Mediterranean climate, characterized by mild winters and very hot summers. Rainfall is rather scarce and concentrated in winter and autumn. Windiness is frequent, especially from North West.

Red flowers and fruits aromas, with a prevalence of rose and sour cherry, combined with a delicate spicing and addition of herbaceous notes typical of vines with mixed grapes that determine an important olfactory quality
