Cigala (we prronounce it Sigara) is in Alghero language of catalan origin, the insect whose chirp accompanies the grape ripeness during our hot summer.

Cigala well matches with both meat and fish. Concerning fish dishes, it is perfect in case of sauces or with tuna.
